STEP 1
Choose location on house where you want to install vent. Using a level, mark the wall with a horizontal and vertical line to ensure a square alignment of the vent with the siding.

STEP 2
Remove vent from carton and measure the venting area. Cut hole in the wall equal to the size of the venting area of your vent. Ready to install vent.

STEP 3
Nail vent to wall through the slots in the nailing flange. Start where it’s marked “TOP”, this is a quick center starting point. Remember to use your leveling lines as a guide.

STEP 4
When installing siding around vent lift hinged ring out of place and simply apply siding within 1/4” of side wall on the vent. No extra part to look for.

STEP 5
After completely installing siding around vent snap hinged ring down into place for that perfect fit. No need to J-channel or use ugly caulking.
